How to delete your Udress account, and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app

1. Open Udress and go to your profile.
2. Open My Account, then My Data.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You can tell us why, if you want to.

Your profile and posts are hidden from everyone at once, and your account is deleted after 14 days. If you sign in before then, we ask whether you want to keep it or continue with the deletion. After 14 days it cannot be undone.

Only need a break? Pause my account, on the same screen, hides your profile and posts until you sign in and turn your account back on, or until the return date you chose. Nothing is deleted.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@udress.app from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number verified on it, with your username and "Delete my account". We confirm the account is yours first, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos, bio, posts, comments, outfits, Runway walks and AI results.
• Your full-body photo and measurements.
• Your followers, following, blocks and saved items.
• Every chat message you sent, with its files, from our servers. You leave every group. Copies already saved on other people’s phones stay with them.
• Your sign-in account.

What is kept

• Financial records (orders, invoices, credits and store purchases) and safety records (reports and decisions), with your name removed, as the law and safety require.
• If you gave a reason, it is kept for a year without your identity, only to improve Udress.
• A store subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
