Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and UDRESS (“we”) for using the UDRESS app and its services. By creating an account or using the app you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
1. Who can use UDRESS
- You must be at least 13 years old. Some features, such as Runway walks and selling, are only for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
- Give true information and keep your sign-in safe: do not share your password, and tell us at once if someone uses your account without your permission. You are responsible for what happens on your account, and you may not sell, rent or give it to someone else.
- You may not use UDRESS if we closed your account before for breaking these terms, or if the law where you live forbids it.
2. Your content
- You own what you post. Post only what you made or have the right to use; you are responsible for it.
- You give UDRESS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, adapt the format of and distribute your content in order to run, show and improve UDRESS, as your settings allow. Our service providers may use it only to help us do that.
- The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others already shared, records we must keep by law or for safety, and copies in backups for a limited time.
3. Safety and moderation
- What is posted may be checked automatically for harmful content, and our team reviews reports, the most serious first.
- You can report any post, comment, message or profile, and block or mute anyone. Do not misuse reporting: false or abusive reports may lead to action on your account.
- We may remove content or limit, suspend or close an account that breaks the rules. We usually tell you why, and you can appeal from the app.
4. AI features
- UDRESS offers AI features such as try-on, AI Studio looks, AI videos and Runway walks. The photos and words you submit are processed by third-party AI services to make the result.
- Use only photos of yourself, never to imitate, sexualise, humiliate or deceive anyone, and do not hide or remove the AI-generated label.
What to expect from AI results
- Each result is made new and may differ from what you imagined. We keep improving it, but we cannot promise a particular result, and a result is not a promise about how real clothes will fit or look.
- If a result is not what you hoped, you can make it again from the result for fewer credits, for a few days and a limited number of times. The price is shown first.
- To the extent the law allows, UDRESS is not responsible for mistakes or unexpected details in AI results. If a generation fails, its credits are returned; for anything else, contact us from Support in the app.
5. UD Credits, purchases and Creator
- Some features cost UD Credits, bought through the App Store or Google Play under their terms too. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or cashed, and are used only inside UDRESS. Purchased credits do not expire; free credits expire on the date shown. Prices are shown before you pay and may change.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. A refunded purchase removes the credits it gave, even below zero. Credits or gifts gained by breaking these terms may be removed.
- A Creator subscription is charged to your store account and renews automatically for the same period and price until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings before the period ends. Deleting your UDRESS account does not cancel it.
6. Buying and selling
Some posts show a price or a seller’s link. Any sale happens outside UDRESS, between buyer and seller; UDRESS is not a party to it and does not step into disputes. Sellers must verify their identity first. Report a dishonest seller with “Report seller”.
7. What you must not do
- Break the Community Guidelines or the law, or pretend to be another person or a brand.
- Use bots or scraping, collect other people’s data, or attack or get around the security, limits or checks of UDRESS.
- Copy or reverse-engineer the app, use our name or logo without written permission, or open accounts to evade a suspension or collect free credits twice.
UDRESS may reserve or reclaim a username that infringes a trademark or impersonates someone, and may give it to its rightful owner.
8. Copyright
If something on UDRESS copies your work, send us a notice. We remove it where the claim is valid and tell the person who posted it, who may send a counter-notice. In appropriate cases we close the accounts of people who repeatedly post other people’s work. What a notice and a counter-notice need is on our Copyright page at https://udress.app/copyright.
9. Other services, links and new features
- UDRESS may show links to other websites and use services run by others, such as app stores, sign-in and maps. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
- Some features are new or in testing. They may not always work as expected, and they may change or end.
10. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: My Account → My Data → Delete account. Your profile and posts are hidden at once and the account is deleted after 14 days; signing in before then lets you keep it. See Delete your account.
- You can also pause your account: your profile and posts are hidden until you sign in and turn it back on, or until the return date you chose.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, that puts others at risk, or when the law requires it. Sections 2 (for content already shared), 5, 11 and 13 keep applying after an account ends.
11. The service and our responsibility
- We work to keep UDRESS available and safe, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change, pause or end.
- To the extent the law allows, UDRESS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, content posted by other users, sales between users, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid UDRESS in the 12 months before the claim.
- If someone makes a claim against UDRESS because of your content or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Smaller changes, such as clearer wording, apply when they are posted here.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of the United Arab Emirates. Please contact us first, so we can try to solve the problem together. If you live elsewhere, the consumer protections and courts of your country may still apply to you.
14. General
- These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and UDRESS about the app.
- If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part at once, we can still do so later.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over UDRESS; you may not transfer it without our consent.
- We send notices in the app or to the email address on your account.
