Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 28 October 2026
UDRESS has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and any content that sexualises a minor.
1. Who UDRESS is for
UDRESS is for people aged 13 and over. People under 18 cannot use Runway walks or sell, are not suggested to adults, and can only be messaged or added to a group by people they follow. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it.
2. What is forbidden
- Any image, video, text or AI-generated content that shows, describes or suggests child sexual abuse, or sexualises a minor in any way.
- Grooming: contacting a minor to gain their trust for sexual purposes, asking a minor for sexual images, or arranging to meet a minor for such purposes.
- Sharing, requesting, selling or linking to such material anywhere on UDRESS, including chats and profiles.
- Revealing photos of anyone under 18, and using AI features on a photo of a minor.
3. How we find it
- Photos and videos are checked automatically, and harmful uploads are blocked or held for review.
- Anyone can Report a post, comment, message, group or profile in the app. Reports involving a minor are handled first.
- Our safety team reviews reports and flagged content.
4. What we do
- We remove the content and close the accounts involved.
- We keep the evidence securely and report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the relevant authorities, as the law requires.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
5. Report a concern
- In the app: open the options on the post, comment, message, group or profile, choose Report, then the reason about a minor.
- By email: support@udress.app. Do not attach illegal images; describe where they are instead.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.
- Parents and guardians can write to us about a child’s account, including to ask us to close the account of a child under 13.
6. Point of contact
Our point of contact for child-safety matters, including for authorities, is support@udress.app.
